More than ever before, the CMHA relies on the public’s support to continue the programs and services that are so desperately needed.

These programs include support groups, job finding and retraining,youth outreach and education,and many other programs throughout Ontario. With the many changes in the health care system, these programs are becoming even more valuable.

It is essential that people have a place to turn, for support, encouragement and hope, including family members of people with a mental illness.
