6 Tips to Support the Transition Back to School

A new resource added to our School Mental Health Backpack!

Back to school in a pandemic - again.

This year is understandably bringing about added stress and worry to an already challenging transitionary period for many children, youth and their families. We know many are feeling a lot of uncertainty around the return to school. 

With this in mind, and with the support of clinicians from EveryMind and HANDS The Family Help Network, we have been updating the resources in our School Mental Health Backpack, including a new resource: 6 Tips to Support the Transition Back to School.

In addition to our Summer Ready Toolkit from earlier this month, this is our second member toolkit below which includes a new Back to School Child and Youth Mental Health Tipsheet PDF (with space for co-branding), a news release template, social media graphics and sample copy for social media in both French and English to help you share this new resource with parents and families in your networks.
