SPRING WELLNESS FUNDRAISER
Starting Mental Health Week, May 2nd to 8th,, CMHA Kenora will be selling spring wellness packages, with all funds raised going back to the community to support mental health services and prevention initiatives in the district.
Each wellness package includes a scented candle, custom socks, a puzzle, two sets of earrings, lip balm, and a voucher to pick up a succulent from Debbie’s Greenhouse.
Whether you use these items for self-care, or you pass them along to someone that you think could use an uplifting reminder of spring after the seemingly endless winter we’ve had, our goal with these packages is ultimately to help each other flourish! The theme for this year’s Mental Health Week is empathy, so we encourage you to be attentive to the difficulties that others are facing and focus on care where it is needed, including within yourself and the community you’re a part of.
Packages will be $90 and come in a gift bag; they will be able to be purchased at and picked up from our main office starting May 2nd.
