ISMP Canada is seeking input and ideas to help us create an improved customer experience and develop a new consumer focused website. You can be part of that discovery process!
On April 9th and 10th, we will be conducting 90-minute online focus group discussions, and we are looking for people to participate who have experienced errors with medication or have some level of concern about medication safety. There will be an honorarium for all participants.
We have contracted an independent third party to conduct the focus groups and to help us with this work. If you are interested in participating, please email Anna Corsaro at acorsaro@qualityresponse.ca providing a phone number and a good time for someone to contact you. When contacted, you will be taken through a short questionnaire to confirm your eligibility and go over the details.
Please note that in addition to participating in the focus group, there will be a few short homework exercises to prepare in advance of the group. As well, you must have reliable internet and a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam (no mobile devices).
