Kenora Indigenous-led Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART Hub)

The Kenora Indigenous-led Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART Hub) is a collaborative initiative that provides culturally safe, person-centered, wraparound supports for individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, mental health challenges, and other complex needs in Kenora.

The HART Hub offers:

• Coordinated care planning and case management
• Connections to primary care, mental health, addictions, and housing supports
• Indigenous cultural supports and traditional healing pathways
• Referrals and navigation to health, social, and community services
• Basic needs supports and assistance accessing community resources

The Kenora Indigenous-led HART Hub is delivered through a partnership of indigenous, health care, housing, and community organizations. CMHA Kenora Branch provides a HART Hub service location and works alongside partner organizations to improve access to coordinated, culturally responsive care. Through a collaborative “no wrong door” approach, the HART Hub helps individuals access timely supports that promote stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness.
