System Navigator (SOLGEN) Program

To assist clients of the Ministry of the Solicitor General for Ontario who are on community supervision and/or being released from custody.

The supports:

• System navigation client-centred approach for community supervision clients with mental health and addiction issues
• Reintegration and recovery through connecting clients and supervisors with community mental health and addiction resources
• Collaboration with other community agencies, organizations and Ministry staff to facilitate client reintegration and rehabilitation
• Strategies for clients to develop pathways and identify programming to reduce continued involvement in the criminal justice system

This service has been extended to March 31, 2028, on a part-time basis. The program supports individuals with information on services in the Kenora Rainy River District.
